Position: Assistant Business Development Officer-Affordable Home Loan

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and achieve sales target of Affordable Home Loan within assigned territory.
• Maintain strong customer relationship with both existing & potential customers and provide good customer service. Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
• Liaise with supervisor/ other support departments for processing files and approval. Remain aware of retail products and their features.
• Manage overdue prudently.
• Skill and Competencies to Perform Job:
• Should know how to ride a bike and have valid license.
• 1/2 Years of experience of selling Affordable Home loan.
• Customer handling capacity.
• Sales target driven.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Sound knowledge in MS Office package
• Teamwork.
• Excellent written and oral communication skill (Both English & Bangla)

Education:

Minimum graduate.

Salary:

BDT 15,000-25,000 (Negotiable)
